Delete your Drapr account
This page explains how to delete your account in Drapr, the app made by Roars Technologies Pvt. Ltd (Ahmedabad, India), and what happens to your data when you do.
In the app
- Open Drapr and go to the You tab, then Settings & privacy.
- Tap Your data, then Delete everything.
- Confirm it's you: your password, or a fresh Apple or Google sign-in if that's how you joined.
You're signed out on every device straight away, and the account is scheduled for deletion.
If you can't sign in
Email hello@getdrapr.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. A person reads that inbox. We'll reply to confirm, and then the same steps and timings below apply.
The 24 hours after you ask
For 24 hours you can change your mind. Sign in and choose "Restore my account" to get everything back exactly as it was. Signing in on its own doesn't cancel the deletion; you have to choose to restore it.
What is deleted
After 24 hours everything is permanently deleted: your profile, your photographs and every stored copy of them, your wardrobe, looks, chats, sizes, taste profile, purchases and prices, receipts, usage history and search data, including anything held in the safety review area. It can't be recovered. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to disconnect Drapr from your Apple ID.
Our hosting provider keeps server snapshots for 24 hours. Your data is removed from our live systems after the 24-hour grace period, and disappears from snapshots within a further 24 hours.
What is kept, and for how long
These are kept after deletion, without your name, email or photos:
