Report a problem from the app

Go to You, then Settings & privacy, then Report a problem. It opens an email with your app version and device filled in, which helps us find the problem faster. Nothing is sent until you press send.

Common questions

Forwarded receipts aren't arriving

Receipts are only accepted from your account email or from extra addresses you've confirmed under You, then Connected sources. Forward from one of those, or add the address you shop with.

I don't want my photos read by AI

Turn off Photo analysis in Settings & privacy. You can still add pieces by filling in their details yourself.

I deleted my account by mistake

Sign in within 24 hours and choose "Restore my account".
