Terms of use

Last updated 11 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Roars Technologies Pvt. Ltd, Sabarmati, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India ("Drapr", "we"). By creating an account or using Drapr you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains what we do with your data.

Your account

Your wardrobe is yours

You own the photos, notes and messages you add. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending them to the services named in our privacy policy, only to run Drapr for you. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

What Drapr's suggestions are

Drapr uses AI to read your photos and receipts and to suggest looks. It can get things wrong: a colour, a category, a brand, or whether a look suits the day. Return deadlines are estimates when your receipt doesn't print one, so check the shop's own policy before relying on a date. Treat everything Drapr suggests as a suggestion.

Using Drapr fairly

Add photos of clothes, outfits and receipts that are yours to share. Don't upload anything illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, anything that shows another person without their permission, or anything meant to break or overload the service. We check uploads for unsafe content and may remove them, and a person may review an upload our checks have flagged, and we may suspend accounts that break these rules.

If something in the app looks wrong, or you see content that shouldn't be there, tell us with "Report a problem" in Settings or at hello@getdrapr.com. Drapr has no way for people to see or contact each other, so there are no other users to block or report.

While Drapr is in early access

Drapr is being tested and will change. Features may move, change or be removed, and there may be interruptions. Drapr is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you the price in the app before anything is charged, and you choose whether to pay.

Ending

You can stop using Drapr and delete your account at any time from the app (see deleting your account). We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why unless the law stops us.

Our responsibility

We work to keep Drapr running and your data safe, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on Drapr's suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that the law says can't be limited.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before the change takes effect. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
